T2BC customized mentorship programs develop based off of the unique needs of each individual we work with, however, some of the common themes we address are developing a growth mindset, sowing new beliefs, developing beneficial self-talk, improving routines, visualization, controlling controllables, putting the best energy towards the highest priorities, building championship habits, training to get better versus practicing to feel better and overcoming fear to develop pure confidence. Learn how to maximize your potential both personally and professionally with T2BC's mentorship programs led by Joshua Medcalf and Lucas Jadin. T2BC Mentorship programs aren't for everyone, but we are always excited to see if it is a good fit. It is a serious investment of time and finances and not to be taken lightly.

INTENSIVE

6 one hour phone calls per month

Expectation of 15-20 hrs of outside studying, reading and exercises

Minimum 3 month commitment

Doesn't hold a formal structure, but rather unfolds naturally based off of where you are at personally in life and during conversations with your mentor.

BASIC

Two 1 hour phone calls per month

Expectation of 5-10 hrs of outside studying, reading, and exercises

Minimum 3 month commitment

The same structure as the basic program, but more of a personal time investment and double the time with your mentor.

INTERMEDIATE

Four 1 hour phone calls per month

Expectation of 10-15 hrs of outside studying, reading and exercises

Minimum 3 month commitment
